Apollo provides a bespoke lettings service. We offer a premium landlord package for investors who purchase properties through Apollo which includes an excellent service for a great price. With client satisfaction being our highest priority we pride ourselves in offering a completely hands-off lettings service for our landlords. From marketing the property to finding the tenant, signing the contract, and handing over the keys we manage the technicalities making it much simpler for the landlord.

Portfolio Off-loading
We offer landlords the ability to offload their portfolios, we have many clients looking to purchase investment properties and can provide a hassle-free service to offload your portfolio. Alternatively, we can also list your properties on the market. We can market the property for you in the more traditional method of sale and advertise on Zoopla and Prime Location.
Property Viewings
We can view properties on request if you are not local to South Wales and need someone to view a property on your behalf. This includes taking photos and videos of the property for you inside and out, any areas of disrepair, or anything that could affect the property's value in close proximity to its location. Prices may vary depending on location.
Property Appraisals and Consultation
Apollo offers a consultation service regarding investment opportunities and local area knowledge. We can visit a property on your behalf and offer you our professional opinion on the property and the area. Prices vary depending on the size of the project.
Fixed Returns Investment
We offer a service for investors who want to make their money work hard for them but have little time or knowledge to invest in property themselves. This entails investing funds with Apollo who will then invest your money into a development project giving the investor a fixed return on their money.
Property Sourcing
Apollo offers and bespoke property sourcing service to investors who want a hands-off property investment experience. We can source a wide range of property opportunities including, but not limited to: Buy Refurbiish Refinance opportunities (BRRR), SIngle Lets, HMOs, Blocks of Flats, Buy to Sell opportunities (flips).
Project Management
Apollo can project manage refurbishments and construction work that is needed to bring a property up to standard. We work with our trusted trades teams to ensure that the refurbishment is completed from start to finish to a good standard, and any work that is regulated is signed off accordingly.

Inventory Preparation
We will prepare an Inventory of the property including its full contents and its condition. Photographs are included.
